Yoga - Beginners
For those with little or no experience
in the practice of Yoga, these classes offer an introduction
to the basic yoga postures, breathing, safe stretching and
an easy method of relaxation.
Yoga - Intermediate / Advanced
Ongoing classes designed to suit those
who would like to challenge themselves further. These classes
offer greater challenge and a wider range of yoga postures;
a stronger, more dynamic workout; and ways to turn back the
clock and become alive like never before.
Yoga - Stretch, Relax and Breathe
A special class for the reduction of
tension and stress. Learn correct, slow and rhythmical breathing.
Therapeutic Stretch and Exercise
A class specifically designed to help
with physical problems, injury, illness and stress. It combines
Yoga & Swiss Ball rehabilitation exercises for injury treatment
or prevention. In this class you will get individual attention.
Numbers are limited and booking is necessary.
Dynamic Yoga
The ultimate work out for developing
a high degree of fitness. Dynamic Yoga promotes both cardiovascular
and muscular stamina, using your muscles, tendons, ligaments,
joints, mind and breath.
Yoga for Two
Come with a partner or a friend and
have fun. This class promotes a deeper understanding of Yogic
postures, by co-ordinating with another, guiding and supporting
each other. An enjoyable exercise, which can help people not
only to feel well within themselves but also to benefit from
healthier relationships with each other.
Meditation
Learn how to use meditation and visualization
for inner calm, physical and spiritual well-being.

Swiss Ball - Beginners
(Also known as Medi-ball or Fit-ball).
Simple, functional exercises for those wanting a challenging
and exciting way to strengthen and firm the muscles, improve
core strength and balance, co-ordination, joint stability
and good posture. Combined with Yoga, it presents a perfect
combination of strength and flexibility.
Swiss Ball - Advanced Training
Stronger, functional training, providing
high levels of nervous system activation preparing you for
unexpected events in daily life and demanding sporting situations.
Designed for the more advanced exerciser.
In addition, Jana also offers therapeutic
massage and stretching and private tuition for Yoga and Swiss
Ball.
Jana is a certified massage practitioner,
Yoga and Swiss Ball teacher.
